Products We Sell

The product we feature for sell are handmade products for Inspiring Thru Positivity.  We have two product lines under Inspiring Thru Positivity: MBrace2BInspired Designs and Forever Aubrielle.  We have information on our Product Page on the website and through our FB page and store.  Items are posted as available, and we will offer limited customizations.  The children’s products we offer have small parts and are not recommended for children under the age of 3.  We also use crystals and gemstones and offer info about their healing/positive properties that we have learned/experienced through research provided on the web or personal use.  We are not medical doctors.  We strive to use quality products and aim to purchase charms and materials that are alloy metal or stainless steel to help maintain long lasting wear.  For long wear suggestions, please the section on this issue.  We adhere to the terms and conditions of our website and others we advertise or post on such as Facebook and Instagram. 

Customized Items

We are offering customizations on a limited basis, and all customized orders are open for discussion.  All customized orders are required to be requested at least 2 months in advance so we can have time to obtain materials.  A deposit will also be required and will go towards the total cost of item(s). 

Care of Products

For lasting wear of products, we recommend removing items prior to showering and working out if sweating occurs a lot.  Some beads with print may fade over time with showering/wearing during sweating. Beads without print or natural beads are okay to wear when showering if preferred.  Take care with bracelets and do not overstretch. 

Payments

We strive to make sure all transactions are secure.  Upon checking out we will complete your purchase via messenger on Facebook and you will receive an invoice prior to payment. We currently use PayPal and CashApp for payments.  Invoices will come from PayPal for PayPal purchases, and we will send one out for CashApp.  Products must be paid for before items are shipped or delivered.  We will require an email address to send invoices. 

Return/Exchange/Refund Policy

All products are handmade therefore small imperfections maybe in products.  However, for any major defects we will remake items for our customers or offer a refund if we are unable to obtain the materials needed to remake the item.  No refunds/exchanges will be made except on damaged/defected items or items not received.  Please contact us if a shipped order has not been received.  If the order is unable to be tracked down, the item(s) will be remade, or a refund will be provided if we are unable to obtain the materials needed to remake the item(s).  Once an item has been paid for, you have 24 hours to cancel.  You have 30 days to contact us for defective items. Shipping and Delivery

We offer delivery in the Oklahoma City area and surrounding areas.  We will take proper Covid precautions when making deliveries.  Deliveries will be made every 3rd Saturday on the month, with orders being due the Wednesday before.  Delivery dates will be provided monthly.

We have updated our shipping policy and unfortunately, we will no longer offer free shipping on first orders.  We will do shipping specials throughout the year.  Shipping will be done every 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month, with order being due the Wednesday before.  Shipping dates will be provided monthly. 

Shipping rates will start at $3.50 and will increase depending on order size.  We will ship nationwide. Orders outside of the U.S.A will be more.
