Friday Night WrestleFest

Friday Night Wrestle Fest by J.F. Fox, Illustrated by Micah Player-Book Review

Thank you Madison with Macmillan Children’s Publishing Company for a review copy of this book.  My opinion of this book is my own.

Synopsis

It’s Friday Night and time for Friday Night Wrestle Fest! That’s right Wrestle Fest!! Who will be victorious? Will it be Dangerous Daddoo, The Tag Team Twins, with special guest Big Bald Baby.

The Tag Team Twins get started and Dangerous Daddoo is going down, but the tides turn and Dangerous Daddoo takes over!

But wait, Mama-Ramaaaaa comes home, will it be a parent trap? How will the battle for bedtime end?

My Thoughts

As a parent(s) do you struggle with a bedtime routine?  I know at times we do at my home.  My daughter is full of energy some nights, and it is a struggle to get her to sleep. I am the one tired by the time she gets sleepy, but one thing I am learning to do is run her energy down on those nights.

This book is a perfect example on how to have a bedtime activity with the entire family that is sure to get kids tired and ready for bed.  It was fun to read and be a part of the Friday Night Wrestle Fest. Leena and I were involved in the entire story from beginning to end.  The illustrations were brilliant. Leena loved the baby the most.  We might just have to try a Wrestle Fest!
