Speak Positive Sunday-Message 1

Welcome to Speak Positive Sunday.  I decided to start Speak Positive Sunday because there is so much going on at my main job and every Sunday I would start dreading the new workweek. Feeling that way does nothing but start my week off negative.  I want to change that and speak life and positivity into my week despite the challenges ahead. 

The format I plan to use will include text, photos, and video.  I may include my favorite quote from those shared the previous week or choose a certain topic to focus on.  I will end with prayer/positive thoughts for the week. So let’s get started.

I want to talk about purpose this week.  We all have a purpose in life-a reason we love what we are doing, but sometimes different situations, obstacles, or people causes us to lose focus on our reason why.  We work hard at what we do and give it 100% and it goes unnoticed or it is not enough for others.  I want to encourage you today to keep working on your purpose, keep giving it your all, and never forget your reason why.  The right people know your purpose and will help you continue to fulfill it. Most of all continue to believe in yourself and that you will make it through any situation that arises at work, home, or any other area it may be in.

My favorite quote from last week’s quotes is “It’s all kinds of these profound things crashing on you when your child arrives into the world.  It’s like you’ve met your reason to live.” ~Johnny Depp. My daughter is my why. I have known my purpose for a while, but the moment my daughter came into my world my determination went harder.  Everything I am trying to accomplish is for her. 

Never forget your purpose. Never forget your why.

Prayer/Positive thoughts for the week:

God I ask that you reach out to those reading this and even those that are not to help guide them through the week. Let positivity flow through our minds and from our lips for this workweek.  I pray that whatever resources we need be given with abundance to reach any deadline and/or project.  I also ask that you help us to never forget our purpose and never forget our why. For those that are still searching for their purpose, I pray that You be their guide and direct them on their path and put the right people in place for them to fulfill their destiny.
