About Us
Hi my name is Miranda, pronounced My-Randa, but I’ll usually answer either way. You can also call me Randa B. I am the owner and creator of Inspiring Thru Positivity. I am a mom to a beautiful toddler girl. I became a mother at the age of 34 and motherhood has been my biggest blessing. I am also a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor full time, helping people with disabilities find employment.
I consider myself a positive, goal-oriented person. Well at least when it comes to career goals. My career is fulfilling, but for a long time my creative side has been neglected. I limit myself in exploring all my creative possibilities out of fear or not following through what I start because of letting circumstances get in the way.
I decided to take a leap of faith and pursue working on my blog to reach out to more people and to be therapeutic to me as well. I am glad I did. When you decide to step out on faith, it’s amazing how doors will begin to open for you.
Why blog? I love to write. Writing is one of my passions. I also love photography, reading, and just being creative. I am currently writing three books as well as continuing to develop the blog.
I look forward to spreading positivity and interacting with you all. Blessings to you all!!
Be Positive. Be Blessed. Be a Blessing.
Randa B.
Hello, my name is Tierra. I am the Project Coordinator for Inspiring Thru Positivity. I am a mama lion to a beautiful three year old girl named Carolyne. I am also living with Type I diabetes and I am a daily survivor. I am single parent and I don’t mind that because my daughter comes first. Living with diabetes has daily challenges, and one that I experience regularly is controlling my emotions and at times I get overly emotional. I am glad that I am able to share my journey with diabetes and spreading awareness.
I love being a mother and there is never a dull moment with my big girl and me. I love all aspects of the arts, whether it be from art, music, or movies. I love finding a great book to read and trying to get my daughter on the same path.
I love keeping positivity in my life because having a lot of negativity in my life affects my body and I am on the road to living a healthy lifestyle and want to help others on their journey as well.
I love for you to stay connected with us as we develop and create community projects.
Blessings,
Tierra
