Pickles The Dog, Adopted by Kat Socks, Illustrated by Ben Brick-Book Review
Thank you Kat Socks for a review copy of your book. My opinion of this book is my own.
Synopsis
Pickles gets adopted by a new family. His new sister loves and adores him. She takes him home to her family farm and introduces him to the farm life. Pickles is overly excited, and seems to cause up a stir on his first day. How will the transition go for Pickles and his new family? Will he settle in? Will he like the farm? Pick up the book to be apart of their new journey.
My Thoughts
This is a book that pulls at your heartstrings for pets that need to be adopted. Kat Socks does a brilliant job of putting her passion into this book. The illustrations by Ben Brick showed the journey from the shelter to the farm in a delightful and fun way. This is a good book to read with children, especially families considering pet adoption.
