Speak Positive Sunday-Message 6

Hello everyone. Welcome back to Speak Positive Sunday.  Last weekend I attended my family reunion and it made me think about the topic I want to discuss today.  I was on the committee and seeing the support we had for each other as we completed our tasks made really think about support systems.  Also, after thinking about the conversation I had with my cousin after the reunion reminded me how grateful I am to have a support system.

Do you have a support system? A strong support system? On your journey to your destiny it is important to have a support system. A support system can be family or friends, a spiritual power, and even strangers.  Strangers or people you just met will sometimes go harder for you than your family or friends.  Your support system will believe in you and your dreams.  You will be able to discuss ideas with them. They will help you weed out negativity, and will also let you know when you going in the wrong direction.  You will also be able to support them with their goals. 

One thing you will need to remember is to be careful who is in your circle.  Be aware of so-called supporters.  Some will have their own agenda to bring you down.   I am a member of some Facebook groups and for the most part they are really supportive. However, I have seen members, who were supposed to have join for support, try to tear down the mission of the group.

Build your support system with like-minded people.

Prayer/Positive thoughts for the week:

I pray our lives be enriched with the right people to build our support system to help guide us in our purpose and in turn we support them on their journey.  Let us be wise to know when one has the wrong intentions and block the negativity they may try to bring. 

This week let us find a way to be a positive influence to someone else.
